Resort Managers/Reps - This role varies according to the size of the resort and the type of company. Responsibilities may include dealing with guests problems, airport transfers, organising ski passes and equipment hire, ski guiding, resort admin, organization of apres-ski activities etc. Ski Guides / Ski Hosts - Ski Guides basically guide guests aournd the pistes (not off-piste), using their local and up-to-date knowledge of where the best pistes/snow conditions are. They may also be required to perfom other duties, eg . driving, general help around the chalet when not guiding. Handyperson / Maintenance Staff - This could simply be general maintenance, eg. fixing broken furniture, sorting out electrical or plumbing problems or carpentry, plumbing, decorating for new chalets/apartments. You may also be required to assist with driving, shopping and other general duties, depending on the company. Housekeepers/Cleaners - this could vary from going round apartments/chalets once a week on transfer day to help clean, change laundry etc to general cleaning, making beds. shopping, stock taking on a daily basis.
