What you need

  • A genuine interest in children
  • At least one year's childcare experience, background of early years, education or health and leisure
  • Speak very good english
  • Have a UK/EU passport or working visa
  • A current enhanced CRB check
  • Have professional attitude to work, be enthusiastic and have sense of humour
     

Desirable but not essential

  • Can drive to placements
  • First aid certificate
  • Some background in food hygiene
  • Speak any other languages, eg French, German, Russian, Spanish
  • Non smoker
     

For Nanny positions there are two options

Private/Freelance

  • You decide when/how much you want to work
  • Good wages - typically £400 to £600/week
  • Time to spend on the slopes

Employed

  • Work for a company or creche
  • Company decides on your working hours and wages
  • Can be very limited time on the slopes
