Requirements

• Producing high quality food to a budget

• Preparation of Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and 3 course Evening meal for guests

• Food hygiene certificate

• Full clean driving license, as will be required to perform food shopping

• Keep a hygenic and efficient kitchen

• 1 day off/week
